Patient Information

We are passionate about providing high-quality healthcare to the children in our community, regardless of income.

Make an Appointment
256-723-4673
New Hope Children’s Clinic is not a walk-in clinic. Appointments are required. Call 256-723-4673 any time between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday for an appointment.

Insurance

We accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield (including AllKIDS), Tri-Care and Medicaid Insurance. We will not refuse to see a child if there is no insurance. However, we will provide the forms and assistance to apply for Medicaid or AllKIDS. It is our mission to have every patient covered under some form of medical insurance.

Co-Pays

Co-Pays are due at the time of service. The amount of your child’s co-pay is determined by your insurance provider.
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
Officials are at the clinic on Fridays to administer the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program. WIC is a federally funded program that provides free food and nutritional education to pregnant and breastfeeding women, children up to age five, and free baby formula to infants.
Services
From providing care when your child is sick to well-checks, mental health counseling, and more, we provide a wide range of services to children across Madison County.
